Terms of Service for PC Rover PH

Welcome to PC Rover PH. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our physical retail stores, our e-commerce website, and any associated point-of-sale (POS) and inventory management systems (collectively, the "Services"). By purchasing from us, creating an account, or interacting with our digital storefronts, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Please read them carefully before using our Services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our Services.

2. Description of Services

PC Rover PH provides retail sales of computer hardware, electronics, and related accessories. We operate through in-store POS systems and integrated e-commerce channels. Our systems are designed to automate pricing, track sales, and manage inventory across our physical store and connected digital marketplaces.

3. Product Information and Pricing

  • Accuracy: We strive to ensure that all product descriptions, specifications, and prices are accurate. However, errors may occur. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions at any time without prior notice.
  • Price Automation: Prices for our products may fluctuate based on automated pricing systems, market conditions, and promotional events. The price displayed at the time of checkout is the final purchase price.
  • Inventory Synchronization: Our inventory is synchronized across multiple sales channels. While we make every effort to maintain accurate stock levels, a product may occasionally become unavailable after an order is placed. In such cases, we will cancel the order. Asking for refund will require the users to contact the store (the order number is required for this action) if the user choose G-CASH to as mode of payment.

4. Order Processing and Fulfillment

  • Order Acceptance: All orders are subject to acceptance by PC Rover PH. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, inventory shortages, or pricing errors.
  • Payment and Delivery: All orders are paid via GCash through our payment provider PayMongo. The user can choose between Door to Door delivery or Pick Up at the store.
  • Shipping and Delivery: Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on your location and the courier service. PC Rover PH is not liable for delays caused by third-party logistics providers.

5. Third-Party Marketplaces

PC Rover PH utilizes API integrations to connect inventory on third-party e-commerce platforms (Lazada).

We utilize inventory synchronization to process these sales, but dispute resolution regarding platform-specific promotions, shipping, or payment processing must often be handled directly through the marketplace's support channels.

6. Returns, Refunds, and Warranties

  • Returns: Eligible items may be returned within 7 days of purchase, provided they are in their original, unopened condition and accompanied by a valid receipt or order confirmation.
  • Warranties: Most computer hardware and electronics sold by PC Rover PH carry a manufacturer's warranty. We will assist in facilitating warranty claims in accordance with the manufacturer's policies. Physical damage, user negligence, or unauthorized modifications will void any warranty.

7. User Accounts and Security

If you create an account on our website, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PC Rover PH and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of our Services or products. Our total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product or service in question.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Pampanga or Bulacan, Philippines.

10. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website or updating our in-store policies. Your continued use of the Services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
